When our three-person agency at Semiologie closed and we went our separate ways, I wasn’t entirely sure what my next step would be. Fortunately, my previous lead had joined Wise and reached out to see if I’d be interested in joining as well. Reign Management Group (RMG) played a key role in processing my employment and ensuring the transition was smooth and well-handled.

While RMG manages the administrative and employment aspects with professionalism and efficiency, I’m given the freedom to manage my work and projects independently. This hands-off yet supportive approach has been incredibly empowering.
