Reign Management Group (RMG) has given me countless opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. It helped me discover skills I never knew I was capable of. 

I started as a streamer in February 2025, stepping out of my comfort zone as an introvert. Through that journey I gained confidence while pursuing my passion for singing.

After three months, I was entrusted with a Team Leader role which is my first leadership experience. I accepted it without hesitation because of the trust Boss B has given me. 

Four months later, I was promoted to Performance Coordinator, taking on even greater responsibilities. While the role was challenging, it truly molded me as a leader. The leadership training I received was invaluable, and this milestone reflects the confidence RMG had in me.

At RMG, learning and career growth are never limited. The guidance goes beyond professional development, it shapes you into a better person aligned with the company’s values. RMG truly feels like a family, and I look forward to more opportunities to grow, learn, discover more of my skills, and share what I’ve gained as a leader.
