Leadership Journey
My leadership journey began long before entrepreneurship.
Early in my career, I worked in corporate sales at Best Buy, advancing into department management and the B2B division during a time when the company was recognized as Forbes Company of the Year and Best Managed Company. That experience shaped my understanding of operational scale, performance metrics, and team leadership.
At the same time, I served as a youth leader and youth pastor, mentoring young people and building a people-first leadership style rooted in guidance, accountability, and relationship-building.
In 2010, I founded Franada Enterprises, INC. and Reign Management Group. What began as a full-scale event production company grew into a multi-division organization. We have since produced 3,000+ live events across 20 U.S. states, including large-scale concerts and conferences with audiences of 6,000+ attendees.
During the 2020 pandemic, we pivoted into livestreaming and talent management through a transformative partnership with 17LIVE, becoming the #1-ranked Agency Partner and the exclusive Business Consultant and reseller for the Philippines. That shift expanded our global footprint and reinforced our ability to adapt, scale, and lead through change.
Today, I lead a global team of 300+ members and continue expanding through new divisions such as ICON and Soul Sundays, while building strategic partnerships, including Wise Digital Partners.

My mission has always been to create platforms where people can grow, be supported, and build meaningful opportunities for themselves and their families.
I believe leadership is about creating clarity, opening doors, and building systems that allow others to succeed. My role is to translate vision into action so every team member, from management to interns, understands the direction and their part in it.
Growth is important. Revenue is necessary. But long-term success is measured by the development of people.
