Short Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the café's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage the online community, promote products and events, and drive customer growth across digital platforms.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience managing business social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and scheduling tools.


Job Duties

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the café's marketing objectives.

  • Manage content calendars, publish posts, and oversee daily social media activities.

  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages and comments, and foster an active online community.

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Content Creator, Photographer/Videographer, and Graphic & Web Designer to produce engaging digital campaigns.


Work Schedule

  • Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • May be required to manage social media coverage during special events or promotional campaigns outside regular business hours.

  • Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

  • Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.
