Short Summary

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the café by ensuring all customer areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and workstations meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, or a related field is required.

  • Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning services is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and sanitation procedures.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.


Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and other café facilities.

  • Dispose of waste and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

  • Ensure floors, windows, furniture, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.

  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.


Work Schedule

  • Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • May be required to work additional hours during peak business periods or special events.

  • Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

  • Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.
