The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Job Duties
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items according to company standards.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and workstations.
Process customer orders and handle cash or POS transactions accurately.
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
Work Schedule
Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
May be required to work extended hours during peak business periods or special events.
Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.
