Overview

As part of your internship, you will assist in promoting the current Café Hiring Recruitment Campaign by identifying relevant Facebook communities in Las Piñas and sharing approved recruitment materials.

This task will allow you to apply your skills in social media management, online research, content distribution, and digital marketing while helping expand the reach of the current hiring campaign.

Part 1 – Find Relevant Facebook Groups

Find Facebook Groups based in or relevant to Las Piñas that are appropriate for sharing the current hiring opportunities.

Groups should be:

• Relevant to job seekers or employment opportunities

• Related to café, food service, hospitality, or similar industries

• Based in or serving the Las Piñas area

• Active and appropriate for recruitment posts

• Groups where promotional or job-related posts are permitted

Minimum: 10 relevant Facebook Groups

Some interns may be assigned to find and post in more than 10 groups depending on their remaining required internship hours.

Part 2 – Post the Approved Design

Once you have identified the appropriate groups:

• Post the approved recruitment graphic in the relevant Facebook Groups.

• Use the approved caption/post content provided by FEI.

• Do not significantly alter the approved recruitment information.

• Follow each group's posting rules and requirements.

• Do not spam the same group repeatedly.

• Make sure the post is relevant to the group's audience.
  
  

  Part 3 – Include Both Required Links
  
  

• Every recruitment post must include both required links:

  Direct applicants to message the FEI Facebook Page for more information.

  Include the official FEI Careers Page so interested applicants can view available opportunities.

  Both links must be included in your recruitment post.

Submission Requirements

Submit the following:

• Facebook Group Name

• Facebook Group Link

• Live Link to Your Posted Recruitment Post

• Up to 20 Facebook Group/Post Links, depending on your assigned requirement

Minimum Requirement

• 10 relevant Facebook Groups

Additional Groups

• Interns who need additional internship hours may be assigned to complete additional group postings.

• Up to 20 group/post links may be submitted.

Important Reminders

• Only post in groups where recruitment posts are allowed.

• Follow the rules of each Facebook Group.

• Use only approved graphics and captions.

• Include both required links in every post.

• Keep your posts professional and accurate.

• Do not misrepresent the company or the available positions.

• Record your group and post links carefully for submission.
