Overview

As part of your internship, you will assist in promoting the (SOV) Volunteer Recruitment.

Your task is to create promotional graphics and help increase the visibility of the volunteer campaign by sharing approved materials across your social media networks.

This activity allows you to apply your graphic design, branding, marketing, and communication skills while supporting a real organizational campaign.

Part 1 – Graphic Design

Create one promotional graphic for your assigned volunteer role.

Your design should:

• Follow the FEI brand guidelines

• Be visually appealing and easy to read

• Clearly communicate the volunteer opportunity

• Include the provided application link or QR code (if applicable)

Part 2 – Social Media Post

Once your graphic has been approved:

• Post it on your personal Facebook account.

• Include the application link in your post.

• The instructions in your post should clearly tell interested applicants to send a message to our Facebook page.

• Share post in as many relevant Facebook Groups as possible (where permitted).

• Encourage interested individuals to apply.
