Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be based in or near Las Piñas City.
Position Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university program requiring OJT, practicum, or internship.
Open to students nationwide, regardless of location.
Eligible courses include Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Human Resources, Communication, and other related fields.
Students from Law and Medicine programs are not eligible.
Must be willing to work in a fully remote environment.
Academic credit may be completed through the internship.

Gain hands-on experience in a professional remote business environment.
Develop practical and professional skills relevant to your field of study.
Work alongside experienced team leaders and professionals.
Complete assigned tasks and contribute to team projects.
Participate in virtual meetings, training, and team activities as required.
Work Schedule
100% remote / work-from-home arrangement.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or food service management is preferred but all levels of experience is encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
Oversee daily café operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and workflow management.
Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and ensure product quality and availability.
Train, schedule, and evaluate café staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Track sales, manage operating expenses, and prepare routine operational reports.
Work Schedule
Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
May be required to work extended hours during peak business periods or special events.
Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.
