The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the café by ensuring all customer areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and workstations meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be based in or near Las Piñas City
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning services is an advantage.
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and sanitation procedures.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Duties
Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and other café facilities.
Dispose of waste and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
Ensure floors, windows, furniture, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
Work Schedule
Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
May be required to work additional hours during peak business periods or special events.
Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.

Oversee daily café operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and workflow management.
Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and ensure product quality and availability.
Train, schedule, and evaluate café staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Track sales, manage operating expenses, and prepare routine operational reports.
