Position Requirements
Proven experience performing live vocals and/or acoustic instruments.
Strong stage presence and excellent communication with audiences.
Ability to perform a diverse repertoire appropriate for a café environment.
Reliable, professional, and able to perform independently or with a partner/group.
Willingness to coordinate performance schedules and song selections with management.
Job Duties
Perform scheduled live acoustic sets that enhance the customer experience.
Prepare and maintain performance equipment and ensure readiness before each set.
Coordinate with café management regarding performance schedules, playlists, and special events.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive interaction with guests.
Follow venue policies and contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Work Schedule
Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Performance schedules may vary depending on café programming and customer demand.
Expected to arrive early for equipment setup and sound checks when required.
Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or food service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
Oversee daily café operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and workflow management.
Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and ensure product quality and availability.
Train, schedule, and evaluate café staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Track sales, manage operating expenses, and prepare routine operational reports.
Work Schedule
Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
May be required to work extended hours during peak business periods or special events.
