Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative planning skills.

• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and content editing tools is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Job Duties

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across the café's digital platforms.

• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on promotional initiatives.

• Monitor content performance and recommend strategies to improve audience engagement.

• Stay informed on social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content.

Work Schedule

• Onsite position based in Las Piñas City.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• May be required to create content during special events or outside regular business hours.

• Expected to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

• Schedule may vary based on operational and business needs.
